Photo and video consent.

For the use of photographs and video from practices, games and tournaments organised by the club, in line with applicable personal-data protection regulations.

Statement of consent

By signing this consent I confirm that I am informed and agree that KK All Star Podgorica and its partner Lovćen osiguranje may photograph and film my child during:

  • practices
  • games
  • tournaments and club events

How the material is used

I consent to the photographs and video being used for the following purposes:

  • promotion of the club and its activities
  • posts on the official website and social media
  • promotional campaigns and marketing materials
  • presentations, brochures and digital content
  • partner promotional activity, including Lovćen osiguranje

Additional provisions

  • Material will be used solely for promotional and informational purposes.
  • It will not be used in any way that could harm the child's dignity or privacy.
  • Consent is given without a time limit, unless revoked in writing.
  • Consent is given without any monetary compensation.
